Teiree (Gambill) Stewart - COLTON SUNDERLAND is in the first grade. He is John & Hailey Sunderland’s son, Kim Ambrose-Bourgeois’ grandson and Marti Ambrose’s great-grandson. He is in Birmingham Children’s hospital.
March 1, 2nd brain surgery and has been diagnosed as having Cranial Venous Overflow Obstruction. The surgeon put a shunt in a vein (that was too small) that was causing decreased heart rate, altered mental status and migraines.
March 10, another brain surgery. They replaced the entire shunt and placed 2 catheters in his ventricles.
March 11, ALL GLORY TO GOD! Only he can make it possible.
March 12, Colton is expected to go home today!

Some History from March 13, 1952
- The Methodist Quartet and several members of the congregation journeyed to Christopher, Friday nite to attend the revival being held there by Eddie and Jeannie MORAN. The quartet consisting of John PIPER, Charles BASSETT, Edd SHREFFLER, and Bob BAILEY sang several selections, accompanied by Jeannie MORAN.
- Carl DUNLAP reports to us he is well satisfied with his crowds for the opening of the new Madison Theatre. Carl says he has some good pictures booked and we feel as though the show-going public will be well pleased with this new theatre.
- Kinmundy to Be Aired Next Thursday Morning: We have just received word that Kinmundy would be on the air next Thursday morning. Ted MANGNER will talk to someone here via phone. The conversation will be broadcast. If you can identify the voice, you will receive a prize, providing you are the first to do so. So listen next Thursday morning at 8 o’clock to Ted over KMOX.
