WORSHIP WITH US … at Kinmundy and Wesley United Methodist Church

At this time, due to surging Coronavirus rates, most of the United Methodists Churches of our Illinois Great Rivers Conference are not holding face-to-face services until in January, when we will reconsider. We are “stepping back” to allow everyone to be safer in this holiday season … just like the match below stops the fire from spreading, we hope to help stop the coronavirus from spreading to YOUR family.

Our worship services at Kinmundy and Wesley United Methodist Church are recorded on Saturday afternoons and posted on the church blog at https://kinmundychurch.org/ by late Saturday evening. (Look at the top right-hand column for the link to the most recent Sermon and/or click on the Categories: Attend “Worship at Home” link a little lower down to view any and all of the sermons.

The pastor will also typically provide a direct link to the worship video by early Sunday morning on Facebook, but you can ALWAYS see the video at the church blog link above 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The video is of the entire service, which you can play on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Please click on the link at the blog post of the day in the “Attend Worship at Home” category to watch the entire worship service as a video on your home computer, tablet, or smartphone.

If you are only interested in audio, there is a link to just listen to the Pastor’s sermon as well. Put your phone on “speaker” and listen to the message while you enjoy your Sunday morning coffee.A copy of the “Worship at Home” service AND a sermon transcript will be emailed or sent by US Mail Monday to anyone who requests it. Call the church office at 547-7423 to subscribe for this every week. If you don’t have the internet and you would like to watch the video in your home on a DVD, please call the church office.
