My Cousin in law Cindy (Mrs. Steve) Kueker reported this at 10 pm Friday night: Want to let family and friends hear it from me. I am at the emergency room. Been having trouble breathing. So at this time, I am being tested for COVID19. I have a fever of 100.4, chest x-ray has been done. Now we wait for the results. I love everyone.

GRIEF OF THE DAY … I regret to inform you of the death Sunday afternoon 4/26/20 of Eileen Garrett. Eileen was a patient at Crossroads Hospital in Mt Vernon, struggling with sepsis and positive for COVID19. She rallied but became weaker in the night early Sunday morning. Plans were made to bring her home with hospice, perhaps on Monday, but she did not survive. You can read her obituary here: https://www.crousefh.com/obituary/beulah-garrett

– Gerri Molina reports that Leslie Randall’s uncle Mike Pannell is still in the hospital in Springfield with a small improvement.

– Janice Eischens reports that her brother Dan Cheatum is still at Doctor’s Nursing Home for physical and respiratory therapy.
– Louise Cheatum is doing well but would be blessed by a friendly phone call – early afternoons and evenings are the best time. Please remember to let it ring for a long time as it can take a long time for Louise to get to the phone.

David Kueker was released by his doctor to return to work last Tuesday morning, two weeks after his discharge from the hospital on April 13. Please pray for recovering strength and for the blood thinner to safely dissolve his two clots (right thigh and pulmonary emboli). He is fine, in no pain or discomfort, and is being spoiled by Kim.
